This Privacy Policy describes how CMAVision ("CMAVision," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the CMAVision mobile application and website at cmavision.app (together, the "Service"). CMAVision provides AI-assisted comparative market analysis (CMA) reports and related tools for real estate professionals operating in Florida.

If you purchase a paid subscription, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, through an external web checkout. We do not collect or store your full card number. We receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and the last four digits of your card) needed to manage your subscription.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device settings. Doing so may limit related features.
To produce a report, the property data, photos, notes, and documents you submit are sent to the third-party processors listed below for analysis. We do not use your content to train our own advertising or marketing models.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the Service, with the following categories of third-party service providers ("sub-processors") who process data on our behalf:

These providers are authorized to use your information only to perform services for us and are bound by obligations to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).
Reports auto-delete after 60 days. Each report you generate — including its associated data, photos, notes, and analysis — is permanently deleted 60 days after it is created. This is a core feature of the Service: real estate data is perishable, and we do not retain stale data.
Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription, permanently removes your reports and associated data, and deletes your authentication record. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
We retain limited records (such as basic billing history) only as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app:
California residents: we do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
The Service is intended for use by real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Service is operated in and intended for users in the United States, and is focused on Florida real estate. Your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
